1.  Why buy from InfinityMagic.com?

2.  Does InfinityMagic.com charge sales tax?

No.  We cover all sales tax for our customers! (See, we really like you guys)

3.  How much is shipping?

Any order over $35.00 qualifies for free shipping in the US and Canada! Otherwise a flat rate of $4.95 applies for shipping and handling domestically. Internationally we still charge low shipping costs based on country and weight.

4.  Is there a phone number I can call to order?

We currently do not have a shop phone for orders, but would be glad to call you personally and take your order over the phone if you feel more comfortable.  Just shoot us an e-mail with your number Chris@InfinityMagic.com and we'll get right back to you. We receive so many orders throughout the day that it is difficult to offer a dedicated phone line.  However, we do return several calls a day when requested through e-mail and love to talk magic before taking your order!

5.  Do you operate out of a brick and mortar magic shop?

Unfortuntely no.  We miss the small store magic atmosphere too, but brick and mortar stores are just not financially feasible anymore.  We encourage you to visit any brick and mortar stores you may come across, but strongly believe the magic hobby is best served with an online presence committed to customer service.  (We will admit our warehouse is well stocked and feels like a brick and mortar shop. It's our own personal playground and if you are ever in the San Diego area let us know and we can arrange a tour!)

6.  Is everything in stock?

Not exactly.  While we do have a great deal of items in stock and nearly always have a strong supply of items on special, we carry over 6000+ magic tricks and just can't carry everything in our warehouse. Fortunately, our supplier is within driving distance of the magic shop and we receive special order items within 1-2 days of purchase (A very fast turn around time) and we generally have your package to you in 3-5 days from when you place your order.  We currently carry about 1800  items in our warehouse in stock and ready to ship.

7.  How long does shipping take?

Average shipping times range from 2-6 days.  We generally get your package out the same day you order with the exception of special order items.  Our fastest shipping time was a record one and a half days, arriving on the doorstep via first class mail on a Thursday after being ordered on a Tuesday afternoon.  Since we are located in Southern California (San Diego) all west coast orders arrive with lightning quick speed! East Coast orders generally take about 3-5 days to arrive.
